PLANETARIUM TYPE
It is used in the pharmaceutical industry for an effective powder mixing.
An homogeneus dough is obtained after an adecuate moisturizing.

The top cover, with a silicon gum seal, gives hermeticism during the mixing.
This avoids any possible contamination of the product.
Its simple installation does not need any kind of further anchorages.
Besides, it takes up very little space. It´s easy to clean.
All models have a gear box that has been thermically treated. The top cover has a hole for the introduction of liquids and a screen.
All the material in contact with the product is A.I.S.I. 304 (optional A.I.S.I. 316) stainless steel with a sanitary-type polishing (grain 220/280 grits).
The elevation of the container is obtained by an electrohydaulic mechanism.
The machine is equiped with a cart to transport the container.


An unloader driven by a neumatic cilinder that allows unloading at a height of 800 mm. (in a 300 litres mixer) may optionally be incorporated.

PLC for 20 time-control programs and RPM of the engine with display indicator; possibility of registering lot number and operator number as well as possibility of printing the data.
Signal for peristaltic bomb.
