"V" Type
It is suitable
for all kinds of dry material: powder, pigments, salt, etc.
The mixing recipient is made in A.I.S.I. 304/316 stainless steel
with a sanitary-type polishing on the surface ending (grain 220/280 grits)
and grain 120/150 grits on the outside surface ending.
Its design allows an easy cleaning. It is set on self-aligned ball-bearing
pads.
A hydraulic clutch is provided to achieve a soft start for big dimension
mixers.
It has two loading mouths and an unloading mouth with a butterfly-type powder
dossifier valve with sanitary gum seal. Watertight system.
Each mixer is equipped with a wheel for manual use, which allows the operator
put the mixing bowl either in a loading, unloading or intermediate position.
The intermediate positions are necessary for a correct cleaning.
Process Intensifier (optional)
An agglomeration breaker device is used, against current.
Technical specifications according to GMP rules:
- Models vary from 30 litres up to 2300 litres.
- Mixing time control through a timer, 0 - 60 minutes.
- Set of buttons to start and stop the machinery with thermomagnetic protection.
- Transmission system by reductive engine equipment.
- Transmission to the turn axis through a roller chain.
- The container stands are treated with anticorrosive materials which are painted in ivory color with synthetic enamels (Epoxi paintings may optionally be used).
STANDARD MODEL ACCORDING TO GMP RULES
PLC for 20 time-control programs and RPM of the engine with display indicator; possibility of registering lot number and operator number as well as possibility of printing the data.
